摘 要:依托北京地铁昌平线南延学院桥站—西土城站区间盾构段侧向始发背景,分析非常规侧向始发条件下,如何通过补偿始发解决盾构始发阶段不均衡切削问题,对补偿钢套筒以及钢套筒内类原状土强度特性的固化土填充进行适应性分析,对补偿钢套筒的结构设计进行验算分析并通过应力监测进行论证。通过在水泥土的基础上进行改良,增加固化剂和激发剂使得固化土接近原状土注浆加固后的土体特性,形成完整的补偿始发技术。Relying on the background of the lateral originating of the shield section between Xueyuanqiao Station and Xitucheng Station in the south extension of Beijing Metro Changping Line,how to solve the problem of unbalanced cutting in the initial stage of the shield was analyzed under the unconventional conditions by the compensation of the lateral departure.The adaptability of the compensation steel sleeve and the solidified soil filling with the strength characteristics of the undisturbed soil in the sleeve were analyzed.The structural design was checked and demonstrated through sti'ess monitoring.Through the improvement on the basis of cement-soil,adding solidified agent and activator to make the solidified soil close to the soil characteristics after grouting and reinforcement of undisturbed soil,and then a complete compensation origination technology was formed.
