摘 要:游梁式抽油机在运转过程中,由于自身结构特点,受上、下冲程载荷变化影响,普遍存在不平衡现象,需要进行人工调整平衡。为解决游梁式抽油机人工调整平衡不及时、工作效率低、占产时间长、安全风险高、劳动强度大等问题,设计了由游标、减速箱、太阳能板、控制系统、旋转摆锤、地面控制器等组成的尾部自平衡装置,实时自动检测抽油机平衡状态,通过齿轮齿条传动实现摆锤角度和位移的变化,从而对抽油机平衡度进行自动调整,以保证抽油机处于最佳平衡状态。现场应用后,抽油机平衡区间得到时时优化、平衡率接近100%,日节电率可达14%,达到节能降耗的目的。In the course of operation,the beam pumping unit,due to its own structural characteristics,is affected by the load change of the upper and lower stroke.Imbalances are widespread,which needs to be manually adjusted the balance.In order to solve the problems of beam pumping unit such as untimely manual adjustment balance,low work efficiency,long occupancy time,high safety risk,high labor intensity and so on.The tail self-balancing device composed of cursor,gearbox,solar panel,control system,rotating pendulum and ground controller and so on has been designed to automatically detect the balance state of oil pumping unit in real time.And then the change of pendulum angle and displacement is realized through the gear and rack transmission,thus automatically adjusting the balance of oil pumping unit to ensure that the oil pumping unit is in the optimum balance.After the application on site,the balance interval of oil pumping unit is optimized at all times and the balance rate is close to 100%,with daily power saving reaching 14%,which achieves the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
