摘　　要：对护理本科生专业思想进行分析,阐述了护理本科生专业思想动态变化的国内外现状、评价工具、影响因素和稳定策略,提出应研制适合我国国情的专业思想评价工具,及时了解护理本科生的专业思想动态及其影响因素,积极探索提升护理本科生专业思想的培养策略,以稳固护理本科生专业思想、稳定护理队伍。The paper analyzes the professional attitude of baccalaureate nursing students,elaborates the current situation at home and abroad,evaluation tools,influencing factors and stabilization strategies of the dynamic changes of professional attitude among baccalaureate nursing students,and puts forward that,it is necessary to develop professional attitude evaluation tools suitable for Chinese culture,so as to understand the dynamic changes and influencing factors of their professional attitude in time,actively explore cultivation strategies to enhance their professional attitude,and to solidify students′professional attitude and stabilize the nursing workforce.
