摘  要:实际电力系统中,公共连接点(point of common coupling,PCC)处的设备投退、无功补偿设备投切、系统供电方式调整等运行方式变化所引起的背景谐波电压波动与系统谐波阻抗变化具有随机性,导致传统方法准确性受到影响。提出了一种考虑系统运行方式变化的多谐波源责任划分方法。首先,基于相关性分析进行用户侧主导波动数据筛选;其次,基于密度聚类(density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise,DBSCAN)算法对系统谐波阻抗数据进行分类;最后,基于背景谐波电压分类迭代的思想实现更为精确的系统侧谐波阻抗估计,并进行后续谐波责任划分。仿真算例结果表明该方法能够较好地抑制背景谐波电压波动和系统侧阻抗变化带来的影响,得出较精确的系统侧谐波阻抗值和更准确的谐波责任划分结果。In actual power system,caused by the change of operation mode such as the switching of equipment at PCC,the switching of reactive power compensation equipment and the adjustment of system power supply mode,the fluctuation of background harmonic voltage and the change of system harmonic impedance are random,which affects the accuracy of traditional methods.This paper proposes a multi-harmonic source responsibility division method considering the change of system operation mode.Firstly,based on correlation analysis,the user-side dominant fluctuation data is screened.Secondly,the system harmonic impedance data are classified based on DBSCAN density clustering method.Finally,based on the idea of background harmonic voltage classification iteration,a more accurate system-side harmonic impedance estimation is realized,and the subsequent harmonic responsibility division is performed.The simulation results show that the proposed method can better suppress the influence of background harmonic voltage fluctuation and system side impedance change,and obtain more accurate system side harmonic impedance value and more accurate harmonic responsibility division result.
