摘  要:为了改善铁路客站环境,提高旅客满意度,降低安全隐患,建立旅客期望、感知、期待与旅客满意度关系的结构模型,并在调查问卷发放、收集、信度效度检验的基础上,应用AMOS软件求解。研究发现旅客期待显著影响旅客满意度,说明旅客在价格认知下,金钱所获得的感受直接关系到旅客满意度。与此同时,旅客感知与旅客满意度呈正向非显著相关,说明旅客感受过程好,但旅客的整体评价并非满意。铁路客站环境的改善并非绝对需要改进设备和增加数量,有效使用设备功能,使其符合旅客心理,对铁路客站环境的改善将会产生显著性作用。In order to improve the railway station environment and passenger satisfaction,and reduce potential safety hazards,a structural model of relationships among passenger expectations,perceptions,anticipation and satisfaction is constructed incorporation passenger psychology.Questionnaires are used to collect the data.Based on the reliability and validity test of the collected data,the AMOS software is applied to obtain the results.The results show that passenger expectations significantly affect passenger satisfaction,indicating that passenger feelings for money are direcdy related to passenger satisfaction under their perception of price.At the same time,passenger perception and passenger satisfaction are non-significantly positively correlated,indicating that some passenger good experience feeling don't make passenger overall evaluation to be satisfactory.The results analysis can provide some suggestions for improving the environment of railway passenger stations.These improvements cannot be absolutely required to increase transportation equipment quality and quantity.The effective and appropriate use of equipment functions in line with passenger psychology should have a more significant effect on station environment.
