摘 要:为分析感潮河段排污口设置对水环境的影响,以常熟经济技术开发区工业污水处理厂为例,考虑排污口正常工况和事故工况,采用二维水动力水质模型进行预测。结果表明,正常排放情况下,废水引起的长江水质增量较低,不会对周边水环境保护目标产生影响。事故工况下,因废水量相较长江流量极小,各断面依旧稳定达标。研究成果可为长江感潮河段环境风险预测分析与评价提供依据,亦对优化排污口设置起到参考借鉴作用。In order to analyze the influence of outlet setting on water environment of the tidal river,taking Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone industrial sewage treatment plant as an example,two-dimensional hydrodynamic and water quality model was used to predict the impact on water environment of the discharge outlet with considering two working conditions:normal emission and accidental emission.The results showed that under normal discharge condition,the water quality increment of the Yangtze River caused by wastewater is low,it will not affect the surrounding water environment protection objectives.In case of accident,because the waste water volume is very small compared with the flow o£the Yangtze River,each section is still stable and up to standard.The research results can provide a basis for the analysis and evaluation of the environmental risk prediction of the tidal reach of the Yangtze River,and play a reference role in optimizing the layout of sewage outlets.
