摘 要:摩擦阻尼器属于位移相关型阻尼器,具有构造简单、耗能能力强和性能稳定等特点,多年来已被许多工程采用。文中基于滚珠丝杠的放大机理,提出了一种无预紧力变摩擦阻尼器(Non-preload variable friction damper,NVFD),介绍了该装置的构造及作用机理;根据恢复力公式给出了其恢复力模型,通过开展拟静力试验验证了NVFD作用机理和恢复力模型的正确性。最后推导了简谐荷载作用下NVFD单自由度减震体系的位移解析解和动力放大系数,并进行了相关参数分析。结果表明:只要NVFD参数取值合理,在外激励作用下处于滑动状态,位移解析解和数值解基本吻合,谐波平衡法推导的解析解具有较高的精度;频率比小于1.5时,NVFD单自由度结构的动力放大系数随着弹簧刚度和摩擦力放大倍数的增大而减小,基本不受圆环形钢板质量变化的影响。Friction damper belongs to displacement dependent damper,which has the characteristics of simple structure,strong energy dissipation and stable performance.It has been used in many projects over the years.Based on the amplification mechanism of ball screw pair,a non-preload variable friction damper was proposed in this paper.The structure and action mechanism of the device were introduced.The restoring force model was given according to the restoring force formula.The correctness of NVFD action mechanism and restoring force model was verified by quasi-static test.Finally,the displacement analytical solution and dynamic amplification factor of NVFD single degree of freedom damping system under simple harmonic load were derived,and the relevant parameters were analyzed.The results show that:as long as NVFD parameter is reasonable and in sliding state under external excitation,the analytical solution and numerical solution basically agree,and the analytical solution derived by harmonic balance method has high precision.When the frequency ratio is less than 1.5,the dynamic amplification coefficient of NVFD decreases with the increase of spring stiffness and friction magnification,and is not affected by the mass change of the circular steel plate.
