摘 要:过敏肿瘤学作为一个新兴的研究领域,其主要研究IgE介导的过敏反应如何产生抗肿瘤效应。研究发现IgE含量与肿瘤的发生发展具有相关性:相比于IgE含量正常的群体,IgE缺乏或含量极低的群体有着更高的肿瘤发生风险。体内极低的IgE含量也可能预示着恶性肿瘤进展的状态,提示IgE具有抗肿瘤潜力。此外,IgE抗体具有独特的IgE受体(FcεR)途径,相较于IgG抗体有着更加有效的细胞毒作用及良好的体内安全性。据此设计出的重组IgE可成为具有靶向肿瘤抗原的潜在抗肿瘤药物。本文通过梳理过敏反应与癌症发生风险之间的联系,阐述IgE具有的潜在抗肿瘤作用及优势,并对肿瘤抗原靶向IgE抗体的相关研究进行论述。AllergoOncology,as an emerging research field,mainly focuses on that how IgE-mediated allergic reactions produce anti-tumor effects.It was found that IgE level were correlated with occurrence and development of tumor.Compared with people with normal IgE content,people with IgE deficiency or extremely low IgE content had a higher risk for tumor occurrence.In addition,extremely low level of IgE might also indicate progression of malignant tumors,which suggested that IgE had anti-tumor potential.IgE antibody has a unique IgE receptor(FcεR)pathway,which is shown more potent cytotoxic effect and better safeness,compared with IgG antibody in vivo.Recombinant IgE can be used as potential anti-tumor drug targeting tumor antigen,which is designed basing on the evidences mentioned above.The potential anti-tumor effects and advantages of IgE were summarized in this review,based on sorting out the association between allergic reactions and tumor risk,while researches on IgE antibodies targeting tumor antigens were also discussed.
