辽宁省湿地生态系统服务功能价值评估

摘　　要：以辽宁省湿地资源为研究对象,利用辽宁省第二次全国湿地资源调查数据及其它统计数据,在参考《千年生态系统评估体系》的基础上,从供给服务、调节服务、精神文化服务3个方面构建辽宁省湿地生态系统服务功能评价指标体系,包括物质产品、涵养水源、水质净化、固碳释氧等10项评价指标,对辽宁省湿地生态系统服务功能价值进行全面评估。结果表明:辽宁省湿地生态系统提供生态系统服务的总价值为1966.03亿元?a^(-1),其中涵养水源功能价值最大,为556.03亿元?a^(-1),占总价值的28.29%;其次是物质积累功能,为364.48亿元?a^(-1),占总价值的18.54%;积累营养物质功能价值量最少,只有10.54亿元?a^(-1),占总价值的0.55%。直观的货币价值凸显了辽宁湿地对省内生态与经济的重要性,同时也为辽宁省湿地生态系统的保护、利用和管理提供科学的理论依据。Data of the second national wetland resources survey in Liaoning Province and other statistical data were used for evaluation of wetland ecosystem service value in Liaoning Province,including supply service,regulation service and cultural service.In this paper,the evaluation index system was established referring to the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment System,and there were 10 evaluation indexes put forward which related with material products,water conservation,water purification,carbon fixation and oxygen release.The results showed that the total value of ecosystem services provided by wetland ecosystems in Liaoning Province was 196.603 billion yuan·a^(-1),among which the value of water conservation was the largest(55.603 billion yuan·a^(-1)),accounting for 28.29%of the total value.The second one was material accumulation(36.448 billion yuan·a^(-1)),accounting for 18.54%of the total value.The value of accumulated nutrients was the least(1.054 billion yuan·a^(-1)),accounting for 0.55%of the total value.The monetary value highlights the importance of wetland to the ecology and economy in Liaoning Province,and it will provide scientific theoretical basis for the protection,utilization and management of Liaoning wetland ecosystem as well.
