摘  要:餐厨垃圾已经成为了中国各大城市环境治理面临的主要问题。黑水虻幼虫不仅具有可摄食餐厨垃圾、饲养成本低等优点,其还可作为优质的蛋白质资源,具有较高的经济价值,因此利用黑水虻对餐厨垃圾等有机废物进行处理已经成为全世界范围内较为流行的处理方式。在处理过程中黑水虻幼虫的生长性能直接关系到餐厨垃圾的处理效率,明确各种潜在因素对黑水虻幼虫生长性能的影响显得十分重要。该文介绍了黑水虻的优势,就餐厨垃圾中的pH、温度、氯化钠浓度、辣度、含水率、湿度、蛋白质、油脂和重金属等因素对黑水虻幼虫生长性能的影响进行了简要综述,期望更好地了解这些因素并在实际生产中对其进行利用,以进一步提高黑水虻幼虫处理餐厨垃圾的效率。Kitchen waste has become a major problem of environmental governance in China's major cities.The black soldier larva can consume kitchen waste and it has low feeding cost,also it can be used as a high-quality protein resource with high economic value.Therefore,the use of black soldier to treat kitchen waste and other organic wastes has become a relatively popular treatment method worldwide.In the process of treatment,the growth performance of the black soldier larvae is directly related to the treatment efficiency of kitchen waste,so it is very important to make clear the influence of various potential factors on the growth performance of the black soldier larvae.This paper introduces the advantages of the black soldier fly,briefly reviews the effects of the factors in the soldier larvae such as pH value,temperature,sodium chloride concentration,spiciness,moisture content,humidity,protein,oil and heavy metalon the growth performance of black soldier fly larvae,in the hope of better understanding these factors and using them in actual production so as to further improve the efficiency of black soldier fly larvae in the treatment of kitchen waste.
