摘  要:地方高校是音乐类人才培养的主阵地,抓好课程思政建设是地方高校建设高质量音乐人才培养体系的应有之义。因此,在课程思政赋能地方高校高质量音乐人才培养的实践过程中,要把握时代价值,以能力培养为路径、以彰显价值塑造为意蕴、以挖掘红色音乐为资源。加强顶层设计,做好统筹规划,以课程思政赋能地方高校育人生态构建,助推一流音乐类课程建设,加强师资队伍建设,以此促进新时代地方高校音乐专业的高质量建设,实现音乐人才的高质量培养。Local colleges and universities are the main fronts for the cultivation of musical talents.Do⁃ing a good job in the ideological and political construction of the curriculum is the integral component in building a high-quality music talent training system.Therefore,in the practical process,it is neces⁃sary to grasp the value of the times,take ability training as the path,highlight value shaping as the connotation,and mine red music as the resource.To strengthen top-level design,do a good job in over⁃all planning,empower local colleges and universities with ideological and political education to build ecological construction,boost the construction of first-class music courses,and strengthen the construc⁃tion of teaching staff,so as to promote the high-quality construction of music majors in local colleges and universities in the new era and achieve high-quality training of musical talents.
