对标达标质量提升工作思考——以枣阳市大米生产加工行业为例

摘　　要：湖北省从2021年启动对标达标质量提升三年专项行动,在体制机制建立、工作程序确立、对标结果发布、经验总结以及工作效果评价等方面进行了有益的探索。作为“襄十随神”城市群的中心,襄阳市对标达标工作具有代表性。本文基于枣阳大米生产加工行业开展对标达标质量提升工作的实践,提出了如何自下而上开展对标达标质量提升工作的建议,供相关部门和行业参考。Hubei province have launched a three-year special action to improve quality through standards comparison and compliance since 2021,carrying out beneficial exploration on the establishment of system and mechanism,work procedures,the release of standards comparison results,summary of experience as well as evaluation of effect.As the center of“Xiang Shi Sui Shen”city cluster,Xiangyang is representative in Hubei in the aspect of standards comparison and compliance.Based on the work practice of quality improvement through standards comparison and compliance for Zaoyang’s rice production and processing industry,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve quality through standards comparison and compliance from bottom to top,providing reference for relevant departments and industries.
