摘  要:操纵稳定性是是现代高速汽车行驶性能的重要评价指标之一,其性能优劣直接影响整车的行驶稳定性以及驾驶安全性。该文在Adams创建车辆动力学模型、并进行模型可靠性验证、选取操稳工况及评价指标、最终进行敏感因素分析以及多目标协同优化,为整车数字样机正向开发提供参考,为正向设计及物理样机调教提供重要指导。通过对牵引车关键部件优化,操纵稳定性指标约能提升20%以上,优于对标车水平,对车辆市场竞争力提升具有重大意义。The handling stability is one of the important evaluation indexes of the driving performance of modern high-speed cars.Its performance directly affects the driving stability and driving safety of the whole vehicle.This paper introduces the vehicle dynamics model creation in Adams,verifies the reliability of the model,selects simulation working conditions and evaluation indexs.Finally,sensitivity factor analysis and multi-objective collaborative optimization are carried out,which provides reference for the further development of vehicle digital prototype.And it provides important guidance for further design and physical prototype adjustment.By optimizing the key parts of the tractor,the operation stability index can be improved by more than 20%,which is better than the standard vehicle level and of great significance to the improvement of vehicle market competitiveness.
