This study was conducted to investigate the variation of heavy metal content in feces of mice(Mus musculus)fed lead or cadmium reagent or immobilized heavy metal contaminated soil. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between fecal lead and cadmium content and dietary lead or cadmium content(P<0.05).Under the same heavy metal dosage, fecal heavy metal content on day 10 was higher than that on day 2.There were complex relationships between the contents of different heavy metals in feces, which might be related to the interaction of heavy metals in the absorption process of mice.Soil immobilization by phosphate and bentonite did not affect Mus musculus absorption of heavy metals in soil.
