摘  要:为了实现虚拟电厂内外层协调运行,提出了考虑资源特性的虚拟电厂“双层-三阶段”运行策略设计方法。首先,设计了虚拟电厂的运行框架,分析了虚拟电厂各类资源特性,构建了合作博弈定价模型;其次,将虚拟电厂划分为电厂型虚拟电厂与负荷型虚拟电厂,分别设计了内层和外层运行策略;最后,结合算例分析表明了通过虚拟电厂内外层协同优化能够降低虚拟电厂运行成本。In order to realize the coordinated operation of the internal and external layers of virtual power plant,a design method of the two-layer-three-stage operation strategy of virtual power plant considering the resource characteristics is proposed.Firstly,the operation framework of virtual power plant is designed,and the characteristics of various resources of virtual power plant are analyzed.A cooperative game pricing model is constructed.Secondly,the virtual power plant is divided into power plant type virtual power plant and load type virtual power plant,and the internal and external layer operation strategy is designed respectively.Finally,an example analysis shows that the operation cost of virtual power plant can be reduced through the collaborative optimization of the internal and external layers of virtual power plant.
