摘 要:目的:探索学警职业使命感、生涯自信和学业满意度三者之间的关系和作用机制,为提升公安教育质量提供决策支持。方法:采用整群随机抽样法,以四川省某警察学院738名学警为研究对象,采用职业使命感量表、生涯自信问卷和学业满意度问卷对其进行调查。结果:学警职业使命感(4.12±0.68)、生涯自信(4.18±0.71)和学业满意度(5.06±1.32)均处于中等偏上水平。职业使命感和生涯自信得分在性别、年级和学业成绩变量上差异有统计学意义(t=2.207,4.001;F=6.337,5.681,3.293,4.452;P<0.05),学业满意度得分在性别和年级变量上差异有统计学意义(t=4.196;F=3.490;P<0.05);职业使命感与生涯自信、学业满意度呈显著正相关(r=0.654,0.385,P<0.01),生涯自信与学业满意度呈显著正相关(r=0.454,P<0.01);职业使命感和生涯自信均对学业满意度具有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.361,0.335,P<0.01);生涯自信能够部分中介职业使命感对学业满意度的影响,中介效应占总效应的58.49%。结论:生涯自信在职业使命感和学业满意度之间起部分中介作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between calling,career confidence and academic satisfaction of police cadet undergraduates,and to provide reference for promoting the quality of police education.Methods:Using the cluster random sampling method,738 police cadets from a police college in Sichuan Province were investigated by using the calling scale,career confidence questionnaire and academic satisfaction questionnaire.Results:The scores of calling(4.12±0.68),career self-confidence(4.18±0.71)and academic satisfaction(5.06±1.32)were above the medium level.There were significant differences in the scores of calling and career confidence in gender,grade and academic achievement variables(t=2.207,4.001;F=6.337,5.681,3.293,4.452;P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the scores of academic satisfaction in gender and grade variables(t=4.196;F=3.490;P<0.05);There were significantly positive correlations among calling,career confidence and academic satisfaction(r=0.654,0.385;P<0.01),and there was a significantly positive correlation between career confidence and academic satisfaction(r=0.454,P<0.01);The calling and career confidence positively significantly predicted the academic satisfaction(β=0.361,0.335,P<0.01).Career confidence could partly mediate the impact of calling on academic satisfaction,and the mediating effect accounted for 58.49%of the total effect.Conclusion:Career confidence plays a role as a partial mediator between calling and academic satisfaction.
