摘　　要：目的面向国民健康规划、远程医学教育、大众健康教育等需求层面,设计并建设广东省远程医学教育全媒体平台。方法按照系统网络视讯平台、媒体内容采集、基础服务、系统应用、分发渠道、用户管理6个层级,以及安全保障和运行维护2个体系,规划设计该平台的总体架构;根据全媒体技术特点,提供采编系统、内容管理、运营管理、推荐系统4个主要模块功能及具体技术实现。结果从远程医学教育直播、健康宣教、课程管理和推广应用等方面,介绍了平台的部分应用场景和效果。结论该平台上线后,在专家医生远程医学授课、为基层广大医务人员提供远程医学教育等方面,得到有效应用。Objective From the demand levels of national health planning,tele-medicine education and public health education,design and construct an omnimedia platform for tele-medicine education in Guangdong Province.Methods According to six levels of the system network video platform,media content collection,basic services,system applications,distribution channels,and users management,as well as two systems of security and operation maintenance to design the overall structure of the platform;According to the technical characteristics of omnimedia,the the platform provide four main modules of the editing system,content management,operation management and recommendation system and the specific technology implementation.Results Through tele-medicine education live broadcast,health education,course management and promotion and application aspects,some application scenarios and effects of the platform are introduced.Conclusion After the platform online,it provides expert doctors’tele-medicine lectures and bring tele-medicine education to the medical staff at the grassroots level.
