摘　　要：目的为医疗机构与第三方机构合作申请共建型互联网医院提供建设策略与建议。方法以某公立三级甲等医院互联网医院为案例,介绍其建设模式、功能特色,分享其建设经验,剖析其存在的问题及应采取的对策。结果经过医院与第三方机构的共同建设与运营探索,形成了院企共建型互联网医院模式,打通了互联网医疗服务的主要流程,实现了第三方机构市场化运营能力的整合与运用,以更强的团队合力提高了建设效率,提升了运营效果,获得了良好的患者口碑及社会效益。结论共建型互联网医院具有独特的资源整合优势,医疗机构可根据自身实际探索尝试。Objective To provide building strategies and suggestions for medical institutions which cooperating with third-party institutions to apply for co-built internet hospitals.Methods Taking an internet hospital of a grade-A tertiary hospital as an example,introduce its building mode and functional characteristics,share its building experience,and analyze its existing problems and countermeasures.Results Through co-built and operation exploration by two partners,the co-built internet hospital has opened up the main processes and functions of internet medical services,integrated the market-oriented operation ability of third-party institutions,accelerated the building speed with stronger team efforts,strengthened the operation results,and achieved good patient reputation and social benefits.Conclusion The co-built internet hospital has unique advantages in resource integration,which is worth exploring and trying by medical institutions according to their own condition.
