摘　　要：目的对服务器、数据库、网络设备、存储等院内信息系统的核心设备和软件系统实现全方位、不间断的监控,提升管理效率。方法采用ORACLE数据库和互联网信息服务实现平台的安装部署,安全监控采用浏览器/服务器模式,实时预警采用客户端/服务器模式,安全监控采用简单网络管理协议监控设备的各项性能指标。结果该平台实现了全院信息系统的核心设备和软件系统的统一管理、日常巡查巡检、故障及时预警和语音提醒功能。结论网络安全监控及预警平台的应用减轻了管理人员的负担,有效降低了故障发生的概率,保障了医院各项业务的正常运转。Objective For all-round and uninterrupted monitoring of core equipments and software systems of information systems in the hospital,such as servers,databases,network equipments,storages,etc.,and improving the management efficiency.Methods Using Oracle Database and IIS to implement the installation and deployment of the platform,the security monitoring uses B/S mode,the real-time early warning uses C/S mode,and the security monitoring uses SNMP to monitor the performance of the equipments.Results The platform realizes the unified management of core equipments and software systems of the hospital information systems,daily patrol inspection,fault timely warning and voice reminder functions.Conclusion The application of the Monitoring and the Early Warning Platform effectively reduces the burden of managers,and the probability of equipment failures,and also ensures the normal operations of various hospital services.
