摘 要:导管消融可以切断心脏异常电信号传导通路,熔化自律性高的局灶位点,为彻底治愈心律失常奠定基础。近年来,利用不可逆电穿孔法进行的脉冲电场消融治疗疾病的基本试验和不同领域应用研究已经有较大进展。该技术已成为一种新型的消融能源,在心脏导管消融方面亦有很大进展。文章简述脉冲电场消融作用机制及该方法的特点,并回顾近年来该技术在心脏导管消融方面取得的最新进展。Catheter ablation can cut off abnormal electrical signal conduction pathways in the heart and melt focal sites of high autoregulation,laying the foundation for complete cure of arrhythmias.In recent years,basic trials and research in different fields of application of pulsed electric field ablation using irreversible electroporation for the treatment of diseases have progressed considerably.This technique has become a new ablation energy source and has made great progress in cardiac catheter ablation.This article briefly describes the mechanism of action of pulsed electric field ablation and the characteristics of this method,and reviews the recent advances in this technique for cardiac catheter ablation.
