品质圈活动对提高护士心电监护使用技能的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析通过品质圈活动增强护士心电监护使用技能的效果。方法:选取本院20名具有心电图基本知识的护士进行此次研究,研究时间为2018年1月~2019年1月。对全部护士均采用品质圈活动进行培训,并检查对护士的培训效果。结果:比较品质圈活动实施前后护士的心电监护知识掌握评分,实施后(91.3±4.6)分高于实施前(P<0.05);比较品质圈活动实施前后护士的心电监护使用技能评分,实施后(90.4±4.5)分高于实施前(P<0.05)。实践评分、理论评分方面,实施前分别为(81.62±11.89)分与(78.41±11.23)分,实施后分别为(95.05±18.23)分与(92.34±15.71)分,实施后较实施前高,差异明显(P<0.05);设备安装调试所需时间方面,实施前为(79.81±10.04)s,实施后为(53.58±9.74)s,实施后比实施前少,差异显著(P<0.05);护士对心电监护仪的管理满意度方面,实施前为70.00%,实施后为95.00%,实施后比实施前高,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:通过品质圈活动对护士开展培训工作,不仅可以大幅提高护士对心电监护知识的掌握程度,还能够有效增强护士心电监护使用技能。Objective:To explore the effect of enhancing the skill of nurse ECG monitoring by quality circle activity.Methods:20 nurses with basic knowledge of ECG were selected to carry out the study,the research time was from January 2018 to January 2019.All nurses were trained by quality circle activities and the training effect was checked.Results:Comparing the scores of nurses’ECG monitoring knowledge before and after the implementation of the quality circle activity,the scores after the implementation(91.3±4.6)were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05);Comparing the scores of nurses’ECG monitoring skills before and after the implementation of the quality circle activity,the scores after implementation(90.4±4.5)were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).In terms of practical score and theoretical score,the scores were(81.62±11.89)and(78.41±11.23)before the implementation,and(95.05±18.23)and(92.34±15.71)after the implementation.The scores after the implementation were higher than those before the implementation.Significant difference(P<0.05);In terms of the time required for equipment installation and debugging,it was(79.81±10.04)s before the implementation,and(53.58±9.74)s after the implementation,which was significantly less than before implementation(P<0.05).The nurses’satisfaction with the management of the ECG monitor was 70.00%before the implementation and 95.00%after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Training for nurses through quality circle activities can not only greatly improve the knowledge of ECG monitoring,but also effectively enhance the skills of ECG monitoring.
