摘　　要：在“健康中国”背景下,根据健康中国理念下的社会建设发展目标,分析辽宁省食品安全管理问题。在辽宁省域内10个乡镇中挑选20家食品生产单位与200位消费者,对研究区域的食品安全问题进行调查研究,得出当前辽宁省农村食品安全问题的表现。根据调查结果建立具体的食品安全法制监管措施,从建立检测制度、社会舆论引导机制、提高监管力度以及法制与法治相结合的手段,实现乡村食品安全问题的有效监管。Under the background of“healthy China”,the legal supervision of rural food safety in Liaoning Province was studied.Based on the development goal of social construction under the concept of healthy China,this paper makes an investigation on 20 food production units and 200 consumers 10 towns in Liaoning Province.Accordingly,eff ective supervision of rural food safety issues can be made by establishing the detection system,perfecting the public opinion guidance mechanism,improving the intensity of supervision and combining the legal system and the rule of law.
