摘　　要：新文科建设意味着其统领下的各学科门类必将走上交叉、融合、跨界、聚合的路径。作为艺术学科中的广播电视编导人才培养必然将结合行业和国家发展战略对人才培养提出新的调整。面对今天融媒体时代的媒介发展现状,边疆高校的广播电视编导人才培养必然要结合地域文化发展特点、学生发展状况,把好人才培养的艺术关,以课程思政建设为基石,构建以结果为导向的课程体系,创新多元实践教学方法,结合校企合作与创新创业教育搭建人才素质提升的平台,做好新时期传媒人才的储备。The construction of new liberal arts means that all disciplines under its leadership will surely embark on the path of intersection,integration,cross-border and convergence.As an art discipline,the training of radio and television directors will inevitably put forward new adjustments to talent training in line with the industry and national development strategy.In accordance with the current situation of media development in the media era,the training of radio and television directors in frontier universities should ensure the art of talent training by considering the characteristics of regional cultural development and students’development state,take the ideological and political construction of courses as the cornerstone,build a outcome-oriented curriculum system,innovate diversifi ed practical teaching methods,build a platform for improving talents’quality by integrating school-enterprise cooperation and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and make a good reserve of media talents in the new period.
