摘 要:产教融合协同育人是高职教育质量提升、高水平培养高素质技术技能人才的基本育人模式,如何有效实现产教融合协同育人是高职院校实践探索的核心难题。高职院校充分利用地方政府、行业企业资源,结合学校自身条件,创建“学园城”多主体产教融合体,集聚资源,创新产教融合协同育人的功能,从教学育人平台、课程育人平台、科研育人平台、实践育人平台、文化育人平台和创新创业教育平台的系统创建入手,建构高职院校“学园城”产教协同育人体系,将有助于高质量建设“双高”院校,提升人才培养质量。The integration of collaborative education between industry and education is the basic education mode to improve the quality of higher vocational education and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.How to achieve the integration of collaborative education between industry and education is the core problem of practice and exploration in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges make full use of the resources from local government,industrial enterprises and the advantages of themselves to build a community of integration between industry and education with multi-subject namely“College-Park-City”.The community gathers resources and innovates the function of integration between industry and education.It also creates a collaborative education system between industry and education namely“College-Park-City”for higher vocational colleges based on constructing six platforms including teaching education,course education,scientific research and education,practice education,cultural education,innovation and entrepreneurship education.From this,it will help construct“double-high”(higher vocational colleges with high level)colleges and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
