摘 要:正弦信号幅值测量在工程中应用非常广泛,基于传统方法测量误差大,提出一种新的测量方法,利用高速AD采样,结合FPGA技术,对被测信号进行频率初测,得到频率估计值,并控制采集速率,实现对被测信号整周期自适应采样,解决了频谱泄露问题,结合多重双向自相关技术,实现正弦信号幅值的高精度测量,仿真实验和实际样机测试数据表明本文方法的正确性和准确性,尤其在低信噪比下也有较高的测量准确度。The amplitude of sinusoidal signal measurement is widely used in ingineering.A new method based on adaptive data sampling technology is introduced in this paper.Using high speed AD sampling and FPGA technology,the frequency of measured signal is estimated,the speed of sampling is controlled,and the full Period Sampled data is reached.The problem of spectrum leakage is solved.Combining with multiple correction technology,the amplitude of sinusoidal signal is detected.Simulation results and engineering applications show that the high resolution is reached especially in low signal-noise ratio condition.
