摘　　要：在新一轮科技革命与产业变革的推动下,我国保险行业从高速发展阶段进入高质量发展阶段。本文基于新业态背景下地方财经院校保险专业人才培养现状,对其中的问题及其产生的原因进行分析,进而从课程体系设置、专业交叉融合、产学研一体化和校企合作等方面提出保险人才培养方案的优化措施和建议。Driven by a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,China’s insurance industry has entered a stage of high-quality development from high-speed development.Based on the current situation of insurance talents training in local financial and economic colleges and universities under the background of new insurance formats,this paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes,and then proposes optimization measures and suggestions or insurance talent training programs from the aspects of curriculum system setting,interdisciplinary integration,production-education-research integration and school-enterprise cooperation.
