摘　　要：目的了解我国护士从事“互联网+护理服务”意愿率及影响因素,为“互联网+护理服务”开展提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMbase、CBM、中国知网、万方和维普等数据库建库至2022年5月我国护士从事“互联网+护理服务”意愿率及影响因素的横断面研究。由两名成员独立筛选文献,提取资料,评价文献质量。采用RevMan 5.4及Stata 16.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入16篇文献,涉及40017名护士。Meta分析结果显示,我国护士从事“互联网+护理服务”意愿率为61%[95%CI(0.50~0.72)]。增加工作灵活性和自主性、实现自我价值、子女、收入、性别、人身纠纷、基础认知、年龄、职称、工作年限、专科护士证书持有情况、帮助更多患者、本职工作繁重是影响护士从事“互联网+护理服务”意愿的影响因素。结论我国护士从事“互联网+护理服务”意愿率仍有提升空间且影响因素较多,应制定针对性改进措施,以推动“互联网+护理服务”发展。Objective To investigate the willingness rate and influence factors of nurses engaged in"Internet+nursing services",and provide reference for the development of"Internet+nursing services".MethodsA cross-sectional study on the willingness rate of Chinese nurses to engage in"Internet+nursing service"and its influencing factors was conducted by searching PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMbase,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases until May 2022.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the quality of the literature.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 and Stata 16.0 software.ResultsSixteen literatures were included,involving 40017 nurses.The results showed that the willingness rate of Chinese nurses to engage in"Internet+nursing services"was 61%[95%CI(0.50~0.72)].Increasing work flexibility and autonomy,realizing self-worth,children,income,gender,personal disputes,basic cognition,age,professional title,years of work,holding of specialist nurse certificate,helping more patients,and heavy work were the factors affecting nurses'willingness to engage in"Internet+nursing services".Conclusion The willingness rate of nurses engaged in"Internet+nursing services"in our country still has room to be improved and there are many influencing factors.Targeted improvement measures should be formulated to promote the development of"Internet+nursing services".
