摘 要:基于高校青年教师的高学历化、习惯科学研究、对教学及教学学术投入不足等特点,为了落实立德树人根本任务,高校要重视解决青年教师教学及教学学术能力提升过程中遇到的问题。为此,需要从完善青年教师培养体系、教学激励机制,构建专业教育与思政教育的协同育人机制,注重教师教学、学术能力提升等方面,努力改进教学管理理念,创新教学管理方法,多措并举助推青年教师快速成长。Since teachers in colleges and universities are highly educated,accustomed to scientific research,and lack of investment in teaching and academic aspects.In order to implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation,colleges and universities should attach importance to solve the problems existing in the teaching and academic promotion of young teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the cultivation system and teaching incentive mechanism of young teachers,build a collaborative education mechanism between professional education and ideological and political education,pay attention to the improvement of teachers'teaching and academic ability,and strive to improve the teaching management concept,innovate teaching management methods,and take multiple measures to promote the rapid growth of young teachers.
