摘 要:为提升伴生放射性矿检测能力水平,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,分析了比对样品中的放射性核素U、Th总量及重金属元素Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Co、Ni、Cr等,优化了质谱测定同位素和干扰校正方式,采用γ能谱法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法进行了实验室内部验证,并与多家实验室进行了能力比对。结果表明,U、Th、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Co、Ni、Cr的检出限分别为:0.003、0.8、0.2、0.1、2.0、0.02、0.2、1.0、0.11μg·g-1,RSD在1.11%~3.36%之间,Z比分数统计在中位值附近,测定结果满意。电感耦合等离子体质谱法是伴生放射性样品中天然放射性核素及重金属元素检测的可靠方法。In order to improve the detection ability of associated radioactive minerals,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to analyze the total amount of radionuclides U and Th and heavy metal elements Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Co,Ni and Cr in the comparison samples,optimize the isotope determination and interference correction method of mass spectrometry,and conduct internal verification in the laboratory by gamma spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,and compared with several laboratories.The results show that the detection limits of U,Th,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Co,Ni and Cr are 0.003,0.8,0.2,0.1,2.0,0.02,0.2,1.0and 0.11 μg·g-1,RSD is between 1.11% and 3.36%,Z ratio fraction is near the median value,and the determination results are satisfactory.Inductively coupled mass spectrometry is a reliable method for the detection of radionuclides and associated heavy metals in natural samples.
