摘 要:植物与微生物协同作用下的重金属污染的水体治理是当前生态修复主要研究热点之一,为判断协同修复下水体中Cu2+的去除效果,通过在不同Cu2+初始浓度及p H值下单一植物对Cu2+处理效果的实验研究,筛选出最适宜的Cu2+浓度及p H值后添加耐铜菌株以期判断植物-微生物协同修复下废水中Cu2+浓度变化情况。结果表明,植物对废水中Cu2+的去除过程可分为快速吸收期、稳定期、衰减期3个阶段;植物对废水中Cu2+去除率在一定范围内随废水初始p H值增大而逐渐增大,当p H值超过一定范围时,去除率减小;酸模、鼠草、鸭跖草、香薷4种植物中,酸模对废水中Cu2+去除效果较好,添加耐铜菌后能促进植物对水体中Cu2+的去除。The treatment of heavy metal pollution under the synergistic effect of plants and microorganisms is one of the main research hotspots of current ecological restoration.In order to judge the removal effect of copper Cu2+in water under cooperative restoration,this paper first designed an experiment to distinguish the difference of Cu2+concentration in a single plant and pH treatment effect,screen out the most suitable Cu2 +concentration and pH,add copper-tolerant strains in order to judge the change of Cu2+concentration in the water under the coordinated restoration of plant-microbes.The results show that the Cu2+reaction between plants and water can be divided into three stages:rapid absorption period,stable period and decay period;The removal rate of Cu2+in the water body by plants gradually increases with the increase of pH within a certain range,and the removal rate decreases when the pH exceeds a certain range;Add copper resistance bacteria can promote the effect of plants on Cu2+in the water.
