摘  要:RV减速器具有体积小、传动比大、承载能力强和传动效率高等特点,被广泛应用于工业机器人、航天设备等领域。为了实现高效准确的三维数字化建模,采用Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,搭建了一个全参数化三维数字建模系统平台。用户通过平台交互界面将图纸数据、设计参数输入系统,通过程序调用三维建模软件,即可实现RV减速器零部件的参数化建模。参数化建模设计过程中利用SolidWorks方程式驱动直接修改渐开线方程,相较于传统的样条曲线拟合方法更加精确高效。并且考虑了渐开线齿轮的变位、磨削,以及摆线轮修形等实际问题,更加符合工程实际应用。RV reducers have the characteristics of small volume,large transmission ratio,strong bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency,and are widely used in industrial robots,space equipment and other fields.To realize efficient and accurate 3D digital modeling,Visual Basic 6.0 is used to build a parametric software development platform for SolidWorks.The user inputs the drawing data and design parameters into the system through the platform interactive interface,and the system program calls the three-dimensional modeling software to realize the parametric modeling of all parts of the RV reducer.In the process of parametric modeling and design,the involute equation is directly modified using SolidWorks equations,which is more accurate and efficient than the traditional spline curve fitting method.The practical problems such as the displacement and grinding of the involute gear and the modification of cycloid gears are considered,which are more in line with the practical application of engineering.
