摘  要:为了提高陀螺马达寿命、可靠性及在恶劣工况下的适应性,对机载角速度传感器陀螺马达预紧力的作用进行了研究,给出了陀螺马达轴承的预紧力确定方法和原则,分析了陀螺马达工作状态下静载荷、振动载荷、进动力矩、一阶固有频率、不平衡力矩以及温度变化对预紧力的影响,给出了陀螺马达轴承预紧力及相关动载荷计算的寿命,对比当量动载荷经验公式计算的寿命,本文所给出的陀螺马达预紧力确定方法对寿命的预测更为准确。The effect of preload on the ball bearing used in gyro motors is researched in order to improve its service life,reliability and adaptability under terrible working conditions.The determining method and principle of preload on gyro motor bearing are proposed,and the influence on the preload is analyzed,including static load,vibration load,procession moment,first nature frequency,unbalance moment,and change of the temperature.The lifetimes of ball bearing used in gyro motor are calculated by the proposed method and compared with that calculated by the empirical formula of equivalent dynamic load.The results show that the lifetime prediction is more accurate when the proposed determining method of preload is adopted.
