银杏叶片联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察银杏叶片联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:选择80例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予利培酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏叶片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分及重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)评分。结果:治疗前,2组PANSS量表总分及阳性症状、阴性症状、一般病理症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组PANSS量表总分及阳性症状、阴性症状、一般病理症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组RBANS量表中视觉广度、言语功能、注意、即刻记忆及延时记忆评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组RBANS量表中视觉广度、言语功能、注意、即刻记忆及延时记忆评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶片联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效较好,可以有效改善患者的神经认知功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Yinxingye Tablets combined with Risperidone Tablets on schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia were selected as subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Risperidone Tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yinxingye Tablets based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects,scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)and scores of Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status(RBANS)were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of PANSS and scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of PANSS and the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of visual span,speech function,attention,immediate memory and delayed memory in RBANS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of visual span,speech function,attention,immediate memory and delayed memory in RBANS were increased in the two groups when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yinxingye Tablets combined with Risperidone Tablets has a good clinical effect on the treatment of schizophrenia,which can effectively improve the neurocognitive function of patients.
