摘　　要：乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿是乳腺癌术后最常见的并发症之一,是一种慢性的不可逆的疾病,影响许多乳腺癌患者的生活质量。本文从乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的中西医认识、诊断、分期,以及基于临床文献的中西医防治措施等方面进行探讨,以期根据乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿不同时期的表现和发展,提供更有效的临床诊疗方案。Breast cancer associated lymphedema is one of the most common complications after breast cancer surgery.It is a chronic irreversible disease,which affects the quality of life of many breast cancer patients.This paper discusses the understanding,diagnosis,staging of breast cancer related lymphedema in traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the prevention and treatment measures of traditional Chinese and western medicine based on clinical literature,with a view to providing more effective clinical diagnosis and treatment programs according to the manifestations and development of breast cancer related lymphedema in different periods.
