摘 要:随着经济全球化、市场竞争白热化以及技术的颠覆性发展和群体性突破,如何获取创新资源和建立外部合作是制约企业快速增长和创新发展的棘手问题。嵌入性理论和创新生态系统研究的涌现和交叉融合为企业解决上述难题提供了全新的视角,创新生态嵌入成为企业突破资源约束、共享优质资源、获取竞争优势的重要途径和方式。基于此背景,运用双案例研究方法,探讨了非核心企业嵌入创新生态系统的具体方式、内在逻辑以及关键影响因素。结果发现:非核心企业嵌入创新生态系统可以通过市场嵌入、技术嵌入、制度嵌入等方式实现。结果还发现:非核心企业嵌入创新生态系统需要经历从联结到耦合再到共生的逻辑演变过程,而上述过程的实现主要受价值理念、互补资源、利益分配、生态准则、组织承诺等具体因素的影响和制约。最终构建起非核心企业创新生态嵌入的理论模型,剖析了非核心企业如何掌握关键要素,转变发展逻辑以嵌入创新生态系统,从而获取互补资源和实现价值共生的路径和机制。With the deepening of economic globalization and the disruptive development and group breakthroughs of technology,enterprises'competition is turning white-hot.The dynamic complexity of the external environment forces firms to continuously increase their resource investment to cope with the increasing RD costs and environmental challenges.Enterprises with insufficient resource endowment and traditional innovation models will gradually fall into the"resource constraint"dilemma and be out of the market.Therefore,many companies have built or embedded innovation ecosystems to obtain innovation resources and achieve advantageous reconfiguration.In fact,both dominant focal firms and affiliated non-core firms have achieved higher returns and rapid growth by building and developing innovation ecosystems.In this context,how non-core firms embed into innovation ecosystems to obtain"open"benefits and"symbiotic"growth has become an urgent question for theoretical research and practice.However,existing studies have not paid sufficient attention to how non-core companies embed into innovation ecosystems,how to achieve synergistic co-evolution with core ecological firms,and the factors governing the success or failure of eco-embeddedness.There are some theoretical shortcomings and research gaps.Based on the eco-embeddedness theory,this paper uses a two-case study approach to construct a theoretical model of innovation eco-embeddedness of non-core firms,taking two local non-core enterprises in China as the research objects.First,it analyzes the paths of non-core firms'embeddedness into the innovation ecosystem and clarifies the focus and critical links of different embedding methods.Second,it condenses the inner logic of non-core firms'eco-embeddedness and explores the connotation and mechanism of value co-creation between non-core and core enterprises.Third,it sorts out the key elements affecting non-core firms'eco-embeddedness and reveals the key and fundamental constraints to successful embeddedness in the innovation ecosystem
