摘  要:某电积生产线中采用萃取剂对一段常压浸出液进行镍钴分离,经过分离后的水相溶液仍会夹带少量油相,造成电积镍板面出现黑气孔,影响电积镍Ni9996品级率的提升。本文首次将基于过硫酸盐的高级氧化技术用于硫酸镍体系除油,通过采用不同油份含量的前液、过硫酸钠加入量、反应时间的条件优化试验,可以将一次除油液35.16mg/L除到3-5mg/L,除油效率在83%以上,达到比较好的除油效果。提高电积镍物理外观质量的同时,可降低生产成本和职工劳动强度。In an electrodeposition production line,an extraction agent is used to separate nickel and cobalt from a section of at-mospheric leach solution.After separation,a small amount of oil phase will stll be carried in the aqueous solution,resulting in black pores on the surface of electrodeposed nickel plate,which affects the improvement of grade rate of electrodeposed nickel Ni9996.In this paper,an advanced oxidation technology basing on persulfate is proposed to use for oil removal in nickel sulfate sys-tem for the first time.By using different oil content of precursor,sodium persulfate addition amount and reaction time condition to optimize test,the primary oil removal liquid can be cut down from 35.16 mg/L to 3-5 mg/L with a oil removal efficiency of 83%a-bove,thus a good oil removal effect can be achieved.By this way,both production cost and labor load can be reduced while the physical appearance quality of electrodeposited nickel is improved.
