摘　　要：货币资金作为企业经营管理中最基础且最重要的部分,对其使用效率的分析有助于加强货币资金管理,本文以金川集团货币资金运作效率为中心,通过在同行业间的比较分析以及对集团内部单位货币资金运作效率分析来对集团货币资金使用现状提出相关问题及建议。Monetary capital is the most essential and important part of enterprise management.The analysis of its use efficiency is helpful to strengthen the management of monetary capital.This paper takes the operational efficiency of monetary capital of Jinchuan Group as the center,and puts forward relevant problems and suggestions on current situation of the use of monetary capital of the Group through the comparative analysis among the various enterprises in the same industry and the analysis of the operational efficiency of monetary capital of internal units of the Group.
