摘　　要：21世纪以来,伴随着城市由衰落到复兴的发展周期,高等教育服务城市创新的路径也由大学科技园模式逐步转向创新街区模式。创新街区在延续大学科技园侧重大学科技成果商业化使命的基础上,更为强调政产学三螺旋相互作用中的物理空间和社交网络,打造出在运作体系上走向混合多元、在空间塑造上注重开放聚集以及在社会网络上强调全面融合的具有活力的创新集群。目前,我国的创新街区建设正处于起步阶段,需进一步发挥高校的创新枢纽和主体支撑作用,推动创新街区建设和大学科技园升级转型,以此驱动城市创新发展。Since the 2lst century,with the development cycle of cities from decline to revival,the way of higher education serving urban innovation has gradually changed from university science park mode to innovation district mode.On the basis of keeping the mission of university science park focusing on university's commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,innovation district puts more emphasis on physical space and social network in the triple helix interaction of government,industry and university,creating an innovation cluster which is equipped with a mixed and diversified operation system,an open and gathering space creation feature and a comprehensively integrated and dynamic social network.However,the construction of innovation district in China has been in the early stage so far.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the innovation hub and main supporting role of colleges and universities,and promote the construction of innovation district and the upgrading and transformation of university science park,so as to activate the urban innovation development.
