摘 要:分别在298.2、308.2以及318.2 K温度下,测定了聚己内酯-丙酮-水体系和聚己内酯-丙酮-庚烷体系的相行为、密度和黏度数据。考察了聚己内酯质量分数、抗溶剂添加量和温度等对体系黏度和密度的影响,探究了两个三元体系内的分子间相互作用及其变化。结果表明,两个三元体系均为上临界溶解温度体系。由于体系内分子间相互作用的不同,两个体系的密度与黏度随聚合物浓度和抗溶剂的添加呈现不同的变化。虽然体系的密度与黏度均随温度的升高而降低,但其中的分子间相互作用机理是不同的。The phase behavior,density and viscosity data of polycaprolactone-acetone-waterand polycaprolactone-acetone-heptane systems were measured at 298.2,308.2 and 318.2 K,respectively.The effects of polycaprolactone mass fraction,anti-solvent addition and temperature on the viscosity and density of system were investigated.The intermolecular interactions and their changes in both ternary systems were preliminarily explored.The results showed that both ternary systems are upper critical dissolution temperature systems.Due to the different interactions between molecules in the system,the density and viscosity of both systems vary with the polymer concentration and addition of anti-solvent.Although the density and viscosity of system decrease with the increase of temperature,the intermolecular interaction mechanism is different.
