摘  要:针对硫黄装置制硫工段和尾气回收工段设计了一套自动监控系统。利用浙大中控的SUPCON JX-300XP及各类传感器、安全栅、离心泵、调节阀等现场仪表对系统进行自动控制,采用标准的3层网络架构实现对整个系统的集中管理和分散控制。利用AdvanTrol-Pro软件对整个控制系统进行组态设置和人机交互界面的绘制,利用实时监控软件对整个控制系统进行仿真。该自动监控系统的应用实现了对硫黄装置制硫和尾气回收两个工段的自动监控,提高了硫回收率,加强了系统运行的平稳性,改善了各控制对象的时滞性,满足了排放指标要求。An automatic monitoring system is designed for the sulfur production section and tail gas recovery section of the sulfur plant.The system is automatically controlled by using the SUPCON JX-300XP of Zhejiang University Central Control Company and various sensors,safety barriers,centrifugal pumps,regulating valves and other field instruments.The standard 3-layer network architecture is used to achieve centralized management and decentralized control of the entire system.The AdvanTrol Pro software is used to configure the whole control system and draw the human-computer interface,and the real-time monitoring software is used to simulate the whole control system.The system realizes the automatic monitoring of the sulfur production and tail gas recovery sections of the sulfur plant,improves the sulfur recovery rate,strengthens the stability of the system operation,improves the time lag of each control object,and meets the emission index requirements.
