摘  要:为了研究食品中由PVC和其他非食品接触性塑料引入塑化剂的风险点,通过实地考察、走访调研、询问交流、登录外卖平台、手机外卖下单、查阅资料等方式获得调研数据。调研发现使用有色塑料购物袋的商户占比23.5%,散装酒1家无材质标识,小作坊香油塑料盖均未标识材质,塑料一次性餐盒和勺子材质标识率分别为98%、12.5%,未见使用标识为PVC材质的商户。已标识的食品接触塑料由PVC引入塑化剂的风险较小,但塑料一次性餐饮具和购物袋标识未能规范统一,且存在所用的塑料材质不明确的现象,存在一定的塑化剂引入风险,建议相关部门强化流通环节的监管措施。In order to study the risk points of plasticizer introduced by PVC and other non-food contact plastics in food,research data were obtained through fi eld visits,visits and investigations,inquiries and exchanges,login to the takeout platform,mobile takeout orders,and reference.The survey found that the merchants using colored plastic shopping bags accounted for 23.5%,one store had no material label for bulk wine,small workshops had no material label for sesame oil plastic cover,the material identification rates of plastic disposable meal boxes and spoons were 98%and 12.5%respectively,and no merchants using PVC material label were found.The risk of introducing plasticizers from PVC into labeled food contact plastics is lower,but the labeling of plastics disposable tableware and shopping bags cannot be standardized,and the nature of the plastics used is not clear,so there is a certain risk of plasticizer introduction,it is suggested that relevant departments strengthen the supervision measures of circulation.
