摘　　要：儿童处于视觉发育的关键时期,在此期间发生眼病往往具有终身影响。儿童眼病可影响患儿的生活质量,包括日常生活、身体功能、社会功能和心理功能等。如何评估及减轻儿童眼病患者视觉相关生活质量,今年正逐渐引起关注。本文就常见儿童眼病患儿的生活质量量表、相关影响因素及改善患儿生活质量的策略3个方面进行综述分析,旨在为临床工作提供指导。Childhood is a critical period of visual development,during which eye diseases often have a lifelong impact.The damage caused by children's eye diseases to the quality of life(QoL)includes daily activities,physical function,social function,and psychological funtion.How to evaluate and improve the QoL of children with eye diseases is gradually attracting attention in recent years.This paper briefly reviews the research on the questionnaire assessment,influencing factors and strategies to improve in QoL estimation of children,aiming to provide the reference for clinical practice.
