摘　　要：社会力量参与社区矫正对象的教育帮扶是社区矫正的显著特征。这既是社区矫正发展的动力,也是社区治理理念的具体表现。社会力量参与社区矫正存在调查评估主体受限、法律供给不足、行政色彩浓厚、参与模式单一等问题,导致社会力量帮扶效果不佳。需要通过合理确定调查评估主体、完善立法、明确社工地位、构建统一的信息共享平台等途径来激励社会力量参与社区矫正。The participation of social forces in educational assistance is a prominent feature of community correction.This is not only the driving force for the development of community correction,but also the concrete manifestation of the concept of community governance.There are some problems in the participation of social forces in community correction,such as limited subject of investigation and evaluation,insufficient legal supply,strong administrative color and single participation mode,which lead to poor effect of social forces'assistance.It is necessary to encourage social forces to participate in community correction by reasonably determining the subject of investigation and evaluation,improving legislation,clarifying the status of social workers and building a unified information sharing platform.
