摘　　要：社区矫正制度作为非监禁性的刑事执行方式本身就具有理念人文性,将制度的理念人文性具化为现实人文性则需要在社区矫正实践中充分体现人文关怀。当前社区矫正实践人文缺失体现在管理的不统一性和机械性。社区矫正实践的人文追求在于将人文主义作为社区矫正工作的逻辑起点,遵循保障社区矫正对象人权的原则,对社区矫正对象施以人文性矫治。通过完善社区矫正相关法律法规、强化保障社区矫正对象人权的实践价值导向、确保矫正执行的宽严有度、建立健全社区矫正执行监督机制等措施,以深化社区矫正的人文向度。As a non-custodial way of execution,the community correction system itself has the idea of humanity.To embody the idea humanity of the system into the reality humanity needs to fully reflect the humanistic care in the community correction practice.At present,the lack of humanity in community correction practice is reflected in the non-uniformity and mechanization of management.The humanistic pursuit of community correction practice lies in taking humanism as the logical starting point of community correction work,following the principle of protecting the human rights of the correction object,and applying humanistic correction to the correction object.To deepen the humanistic dimension of community correction,we should improve the relevant laws and regulations of community correction,strengthen the practical value orientation of protecting the human rights of the object of community correction,ensure the leniency and strictness of correction implementation,and establish and improve the supervision mechanism of community correction implementation.
