摘　　要：我国民事诉讼法第15条明确规定了民事支持起诉制度,但因该条文的极简概括以及缺乏相应补充性的规定,使之没有发挥制度应有的效果。新时代检察理念下民事支持起诉制度应进一步发展和完善,尤其应着重发挥检察机关维护弱势群体合法权益的职能,创新民事支持起诉科学发展的优化路径,探索检察能动履职与检察权谦抑之间的平衡处理、民事支持起诉的角色定位和工作方向,以适应新时期化解矛盾纠纷的需求,搭建共建共治共享的现代化治理平台,坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”,促进社会关系和谐发展。Article 15 of the Civil Procedure Law of China clearly stipulates the system of civil supporting prosecution,but due to the simple summary of the legal provisions and the lack of corresponding supplementary provisions,it has not played its due role.The system of civil support prosecution should be further developed and improved under the procuratorial concept of the new era.In particular,the procuratorial organ should give full play to its function of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups,innovate the optimization path of the scientific development of civil support prosecution,explore the balance between procuratorial active performance and prosecutorial modesty,and the role orientation and work direction of civil support prosecution to meet the needs of resolving conflicts and disputes in the new era,Build a modern governance platform for co-construction,co-governance and sharing,adhere to and develop the“Maple Bridge Experience”of the new era,and promote the harmonious development of social relations.
