摘  要:针对现有井式炉对开移动承重梁不适合承担大载荷工件的现状,通过理论计算和三维仿真,成功研制出一种工件吊挂井式炉自适应载荷对开移动承重梁,靠弹簧的伸缩自动适应工件载荷的大小,可承担大载荷工件。In view of the current situation that the split moving bearing beam of the existing well type furnace is not suitable for bearing heavy load workpieces,a kind of adaptive load split moving bearing beam of the well type furnace is successfully developed through theoretical calculation and three-dimensional simulation,which can automatically adapt to the size of the work-piece load by the expansion and contraction of the spring,and can bear heavy load workpieces.
