摘 要:立式淬火炉设备是为航空航天、有色、重金属等领域生产高强度铝合金锻件的重要热处理设备。然而随着国内铝加工和航空航天等行业需求的变化,立式淬火炉的需求也逐渐往中、大型方向发展,淬火速度是这种大、中型立式淬火炉设备考核的关键指标之一。传统的淬火转移机构是通过液压驱动,而液压驱动有供油不连续、过冲、漏油等缺点,且这种大、中型立式淬火炉设备用液压驱动可能会给调试带来难以想象的困难。Vertical quenching furnace equipment is the important heat treatment equipment for producing high-strength aluminum alloy forgings for aerospace,nonferrous metals,heavy metals and other fields.However,with the change of domestic demand for aluminum processing,aerospace and other industries,the demand for vertical quenching furnace is gradually developing towards medium and large scale.Quenching speed is one of the key indicators for the evaluation of such large and medium-sized vertical quenching furnace equipment.The traditional quenching transfer mechanism is driven by hydraulic pressure,which has the disadvantages of discontinuous oil supply,overshoot and oil leakage,and the hydraulic drive for large and medium-sized vertical quenching furnace equipment may bring unimaginable difficulties to commissioning.
