摘  要:为了解决目前四连杆式液压支架在正常支护状态下不能自主调姿的问题,提出了五连杆式液压支架新架型。针对五连杆式液压支架梁端距摆动幅度过大的问题,根据其具有2个自由度的结构特点,提出了“正常固定,异常解除”的控制优化方法。该方法充分发挥五连杆机构的优点,根据液压支架支护状态判断是否将下前连杆进行固定还是解除固定,以使五连杆机构在四连杆最优状态下进行支护,在五连杆状态下进行调姿。基于液压支架运动仿真分析了下前连杆位置对于连杆力、调姿千斤顶作用力和梁端距的大小影响,综合确定了下前连杆合理支护位置。研究结果为该型液压支架结构设计、梁端距控制优化提供了指导方向。In order to solve the problem that the four-link hydraulic support could not adjust its posture autonomously under normal support state,a new five-link hydraulic support was proposed.Aiming at the problem of excessive swing of beam end distance for five-link hydraulic support,according to its structural characteristics with two degrees of freedom,a control and optimization method of“fixed in normal state and unfixed in abnormal state”was proposed.This method gave full play to the advantages of five-link mechanism,and identified whether to fix or unfix the lower front link based on the support state of hydraulic support,so that the five-link mechanism could do the support under the optimal state of four-link,and conduct posture adjustment under five-link state.Based on the motion simulation of hydraulic support,this paper analyzed the influence of the lower front link position on the link force,posture alignment jack force and beam end distance,at the same time,comprehensively identified the reasonable support position of the lower front link.The research results provided guidance for the hydraulic support structural design of this type and control and optimization of beam end distance.
