摘 要:本文以麻黄汤药渣为例探讨中药渣资源化利用途径,以期使中药渣的剩余价值最大化.文中首先提出中药渣资源化利用途径的模式图,以麻黄汤药渣为研究案例根据模式图探究其资源化利用途径.研究结果表明,麻黄汤药渣小分子化合物、木质纤维素、蛋白质和粗多糖利用价值均较低.但其发酵产生有机肥的各项指标均达到国家有机肥标准,因此可将其作为有机肥改善土壤有机质使用.本研究为麻黄汤药渣的资源化利用提供基础数据,文中提出的中药复方制剂药渣资源化利用流程可为其它经典名方药渣寻求合理利用途径提供参考思路.In this paper,Mahuang decoction residue was taken as an example to explore the utilization of herbal residue resources,in order to maximize the residual value of herbal residue.Firstly,the model diagram of the utilization of herbal residues was proposed.Secondly,taking the residues of Mahuang decoction as a case study,the paper explores the ways of resource utilization according to the model diagram.The results showed that the utilization value of small molecule compounds,lignocellulose,protein and crude polysaccharide from the residues of ephedra decoction was low.However,the indexes of organic fertilizer produced by fermentation meet the national standards of organic fertilizer,so it can be used as organic fertilizer to improve soil organic matter.This study provides basic data for rational utilization of herbal residues of Mahuang decoction,and the process of resource utilization of herbal residues of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations proposed in this paper can provide reference ideas for rational utilization of residues of other classic famous prescriptions.
