自制型预分散阻燃剂在异戊橡胶中的应用研究

摘　　要：探讨了自制型预分散阻燃剂和传统添加型阻燃剂对异戊橡胶阻燃性、拉伸性能、压缩性能、疲劳性能和动态生热性能等的影响。结果表明,预分散型阻燃剂用量为80份时,异戊橡胶可达到EN45545-2 R9 HL2阻燃等级;预分散阻燃剂填充胶料填料分散等级明显优于传统添加型阻燃剂;预分散阻燃剂填充胶料拉伸性能、压缩性能、疲劳性能和动态生热性能等明显优于添加型阻燃剂填充胶料,疲劳性能约为添加型阻燃剂填充胶料的2~3倍,其一系弹簧橡胶减振制品疲劳性能和蠕变性能均优于传统添加型阻燃剂填充的胶料。The effects of self-made pre-dispersed flame retardants and traditional additive flame re-tardants on the flame retardancy,tensile properties,compression properties,fatigue properties and dynamic heat generation properties of isoprene rubber were investigated.The results showed that when the dosage of pre-dispersed flame retardant was 80 phr,the flame retardant grade of isoprene rubber could reach EN45545-2 R9 HL2;The dispersion grade of pre-dispersed flame retardant filler was obviously superior to that of traditional additive flame retardants;The tensile properties,com-pressive properties,fatigue properties and dynamic heat generation properties of the pre-dispersed flame retardant filled compounds were obviously superior to those of the additive flame retardant filled compounds,and the fatigue properties was about 2~3 times that of the additive flame retardant filled compound.The fatigue property and creep property of the primary spring rubber damping products were superior to those of the traditional additive flame retardant filled compound.
